This nutritious and satisfying drink alkalinizes the blood and balances minerals in the body.
INGREDIENTS
6 prunes 6 figs handful of raisins 3 bananas 8 oz. plain yogurt 2–-3 ice cubes or frozen fruit (such as strawberries)
INSTRUCTIONS
Please the prunes, figs, and raisins in a bowl. Cover the dried fruit completely with water and soak overnight.
In the morning, combine the soaked dried fruit and water with the remaining ingredients in a blender. Blend at high speed until smooth.
Divide the mixture into 3 equal parts and drink throughout the day.
TIP: If cold hands and feet are a problem for you, add 10–15 saffron threads to the dried fruit when soaking overnight. To make the drink a complete meal, add a handful of almonds before blending. It makes a great breakfast!
