This delicious Indian drink is high in calcium and protein and excellent for reproductive health. Ideal as a cooling summer treat.
INGREDIENTS
2 very ripe, medium-sized mangoes 2 cups plain yogurt 2 tbs.Grade B maple syrup or honey
6 ice cubes 8 tsp.rose water
INSTRUCTIONS
Peel and slice mangoes.
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Blend at high speed until completely smooth and serve.
