finger-length piece of fresh ginger root
honey or Grade B maple syrup
milk (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Slice the ginger.
Place the sliced ginger in a pot with a quart of water and boil for 10 minutes.
Strain and sweeten with honey or maple syrup, if desired.
Add milk, if desired. Drink hot and enjoy!
