Celery Pancakes*

Celery pancakes may sound unusual, but just wait until you try these delicious treats! These pancakes help purify your blood and strengthen your central nervous system.


INGREDIENTS

1/2 tsp.caraway seeds 1/2 tsp.oregano seeds 1/2 tsp. cumin seeds 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

1/2 tsp. celery seeds

1 cup finely chopped celery

1 cup garbanzo flour 1/2 tsp.salt water

ghee

yogurt or sour cream


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix the caraway seeds, oregano seeds, cumin seeds, pepper, celery, garbanzo flour, and salt together in a bowl.

  2. Gradually add water until a smooth pancake batter is formed.

  3. Fry in ghee like a pancake.

  4. Serve with yogurt or sour cream.
